My Story
Hello my name is Kimberly Ann and I'm a Los Angeles-based sex and relationship coach + BDSM facilitator who helps individuals lean into their erotic deliciousness with embodied and practical intimacy coaching.
I grew up in a strict Middle Eastern household, one where family decency and reputation outstripped inner joy and individual ambitions. An ancestry that served as a catalyst to my deep-rooted shame, I braved many challenges surrounding my autonomy and sexual identity. In turn, I stumbled through life feeling disconnected and unsexy. I lacked boundaries. I was a people pleaser and I was modest to a fault, insecure and unable to find comfort in my own body. This led to my inability to experience the magic of intimacy, ultimately leading me to a life-changing break-up.
After calling off my engagement with a partner whom I thought was the love my life, something inside of me shifted and I plunged into a journey of unrepressed selfhood and sexuality. I was forced to confront everything wrong I had ever learned about sex and intimacy and began to rediscover myself beneath layers of inherited cultural conditioning. I became a professional switch at a commercial dungeon, worked through trauma, healed my heart, and rebuilt a new relationship with my family in the process. During this period, I spent a great deal of time reflecting and engaging in profound self-work. I learned how to be vulnerable, I deepened my self-awareness, and I became more confident in who I was as a woman, embracing an embodied and deliciously honest way of living.
From a very early age, I had always known that helping others would be my purpose in life, but I didn't know what that would look like, until now. Becoming an intimacy coach has been such a fulfilling role and I am honored that people trust in me to guide them through such personal challenges.
Throughout my career I have been invited to speak about sexuality on various panels and podcasts, including the SAR Panel (Sexual Attitude Reassessment) for The Sexual Health Alliance, the Is Our Love ___? podcast, Pass the Porn: A Cinematic Social Experiment, and more. Most recently, I was featured in season three of the EPIX late-night show Sex Life. The segment gave viewers an inside look into my practice as I moved a couple through their own journey of exploration and rekindled chemistry.
My Work
Traditional sex and relationship coaches often focus on sexuality from a medical or dysfunctional based standpoint. On the contrary, I have adopted an experiential method to coaching in which I enter an intimate relationship with each client and encourage them to use their body, emotions, and erotic energy as teaching tools to learn, heal, and grow. Intimacy and eroticism can be learned, and the real change occurs when we expose ourselves to something different.
As a Somatica-trained intimacy coach, I bring clients compassion and deep listening while providing a safe space for them to be seen and understood. My training and personal experiences have given me a deep level of empathy and intuition that enable me to support each client through their own unique journey.
I have dedicated my life and work to empowering others to lean into their authenticity and have committed myself to living a beautiful life, cultivating powerful and genuine relationships that provoke change with my passion, sincerity, and voice.
When I'm not in session, I'm creating content for my P.S. I Love You newsletter, writing my book, or finding new ways to make myself feel energized and fiercely sexy.
